In the system of public education, children’s Homes, takes special place. This educational – healthy rehabilitation state institution is called to provide a family for children, who were left without care of parents to create conditions in which a child, who was left without mother’s affection and attention, could develop normal, on time and all- round.
    The main factor, which defines effectiveness of the system of education of children in Children’s Homes is humanity, consciousness, responsible treatment of teachers and all staff to their work.
    Warmth, care and personal communication with each pupil are the most important conditions from health and development of the pupils depend.
   So, in whose hands are the children, who are educated in Ferghana Town Children’s Home? The biggest part of the staff, are teachers with higher education. When the people are chosen who will immediately be responsible for child’s life, their imoral culture, love for the children,  their pedagogical and medical education is taken into account: the largest part of children need special corrective measures, particularly children from social- unfavourable families, were social analysis is combined with unfavourable biologic analysis. That is why the right way of healthy and educational measures is necessary. The workers of Children’s Home must satisfy the requirement of children in the communication with adults, new impressions, movements and positive emotions.
   Friendly  staff of teachers, medical staff, babby-sitters. Cookers and washers, all of them put efforts to create comforts for children at Home.
   The professional, literate teachers: Zakiya Abdurakhmanovna Ziatdinova (psycholog), Kumush Ganievna Muratova, Akhundjanova Nazira (the nurse), Sanobar Supieva, Alphia Seymanova (the teachers) and many others work here. Every lesson of Gulbakhor Tadjibaeva is a wonderful fairy-tale. At the same time children learn about the world, acquire new knowledge and habits. Besides knowledge of pre-school education, children meet with the secrets of the region applied arts- ceramics art, national sewing, embroidery.
   It was a very impressive trip to Rishtan, the museum of the Usto Rustamov. The children observed with interest the process of creating a pot from a peace of special clay, drying in the stove, and then, painting.

The acquaintance with their own region national traditions and customs influence the development of a child. Children celebrate the holiday of Navruz cheerfully, a week before the celebration in the Children’s Home the staff cleans the wheat, grows it and all night with the children cooks the national dish sumalyak.

Spring is a wonderful season. How much joy, emotions have the children during the excursions in the country, where poppies blossom.  All cares, connected with trips to the country (a bus must be ordered ), are forgotten in a minute.
   The administration of the Child’s Home is in the constant search of methods of better conditions of live of the children, in studying new methods of teaching, in acquiring of sports equipment, toys and text- books.
